Bullet can strike jet only when it is horizontal
Horizontal distance = Horizontal distance travelled by jet

\mathrm{\left ( u\cos \theta \right ) t= vt}
\mathrm{\left ( 400 \right )\cos \theta = 200}
            \mathrm{\cos \theta = \frac{1}{2}}
                   \mathrm{\theta = 60^{\circ}}
