\\ \text{When lift is moving up,net force is in upward direction} \\ f=R-mg \\R=ma+mg \ \ \ \ \ \therefore f=ma \\R=m(a+g) \\ \therefore \text{Increase in weight }=\frac{\text{Apparent weight -Actual weight }}{\text{Actual weight}}\times 100 \\ \\ =\frac{ma+mg-mg}{mg}\times 100 \\ \\ = \frac{ma}{mg}\times 100 \\ \\ =\frac{a}{g}\times 100 \\ \\ = \frac{3.675}{10}=36.75 %
