\text { Use, } F_1=T \times \frac{\pi(a+b)}{2}                 -(1)

F_2=T \times 2 b               -(2)

\frac{F_1}{F_2}=\frac{T \times \frac{\pi(a+b)}{2}}{T \times 2 b}=\frac{\pi(a+b)}{2 \times 2 b}

\frac{F_1}{F_2}=\frac{\pi(a+b)}{4 b}
