\mu =\frac{Sin(\frac{(A+\delta _m)}{2})}{Sin(\frac{A}{2})}

Since A and \delta _{m} is very small

\mu =\frac{(\frac{(A+\delta _m)}{2})}{\frac{A}{2}}\\\\1.5=\frac{A+\delta _m}{A}\\\delta _m=\frac{A}{2}=\frac{N}{10}\\N=5
