R= 3\, cm= 3\times 10^{-2} m

p_{1}-p_{2}= \frac{4T}{r_{1}}\rightarrow (1)
p_{2}-p_{0}= \frac{4T}{r_{2}}\rightarrow (2)
{p}'-p_{0}= \frac{4T}{r}\rightarrow (3)
\because p_{1}-p_{0}={p}' -p_{0}\left ( Given \right )
\frac{4T}{r_{1}}+\frac{4T}{r_{2}}= \frac{4T}{r}
\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{6}= \frac{1}{r}
\frac{9}{18}= \frac{1}{r}
r = 2 cm
