as we know 

K\alpha \frac{1}{l}\\suppose\ long\ piece\ have\ constant\ force\ K' and\ its\ length\ is\ \frac{2l}{3}\\ so\ \frac{K'}{k}=\frac{l}{\frac{2l}{3}}\\\Rightarrow K'=\frac{3}{2}k

suppose long piece have constant force K' and its length is 2l/3

 

21 suppose long piece have constant force K 'and its length is — K'
