Velocity

\\v\propto\sqrt{T}\\\\\frac{T_1}{T_2}=(\frac{v_1}{v_2})^2\\\\\frac{T_1}{T_2}=(\frac{v}{v/2})^2=4\\\\\Rightarrow T_2=\frac{T_1}{4}=0.515\times10^4\\T_2=5.15\times10^3 N
