Option: 1

\mathrm{NH_4Cl}

Option: 2

best_answer

\mathrm{NH_4OH} dissociates as

\mathrm{NH_4OH\rightleftharpoons NH_4^+ + OH^{-}}

Addition of HCl will produce \mathrm{H^+} ions and as a result the \mathrm{OH^-} ions will be consumed.

Thus the dissociation equilibrium of \mathrm{NH_4OH} will shift in the forward direction and the degree of dissociation will increase.

Other given species create a common ion which will decrease the degree of dissociation.

Hence, the correct answer is Option (4)
