\text { moles of } \mathrm{Cr}^{3+}=\frac{8 \times 4}{9600}=\frac{1}{300} \mathrm{~mol}

\text { mass of } \mathrm{Cr}^{3+}=\frac{52}{300} \mathrm{~g}

\% \text { efficiency }=\frac{\text { Actual obtained } \mathrm{Amt}}{\text { Theo. obtained } \mathrm{Amt}} \times 100

\% \text { efficiency }=\frac{\frac{0.104}{52}}{300} \times 100

\% \text { efficiency }=30 \times \frac{104}{52}=60 \%

Ans = 60
