As we have learned

Anion exchanger resins have basic group such as -OH, NH_{2} and are often represented as resin-OH or  resin-NH3OH

The reactions involved are

SO_{4}^{2-}+2\ resin-OH \rightleftharpoons resin_{2}-SO_{4}+ 2OH^-

RNH_3^{\oplus}OH^{\ominus} + X^{\ominus }\rightleftharpoons RNH_3 ^\oplus X^\ominus + OH^ \ominus

OH^ \ominus is exchanged for X^\ominus and it also neutralizes the H^+ ions already in the solution due to the cation exchange resin

H^+ + OH^- \rightleftharpoons H_2O

Therefore, option(4) is correct.
