As we Know

Graham’s law of diffusion -

\dpi{100} r_{1}/r_{2}=\sqrt{M_{1}/M_{2}}  where r is the rate of diffusion of gas, M is molar mass.

Putting given values we get,

\frac{r_{1}}{r_{2}}= \frac{t_{2}}{5}= \sqrt{\frac{M_{2}}{2}}, t_{2} = 20 \: \: sec \: and \: M_{2} = 32
