As we learnt in

Ammonium sulphate undergoes the following reaction (NH_{4})_{2}SO_{4}+2H_{2}O\rightarrow 2H^{+}+SO_{4}^{2-}+2NH_{2}OH

This leads to acidity of soil

(NH_{4})_{2} SO_{4}     is a salt of a storng acid  and a weak base , on hydrolysis it produces H^{+} ion

(NH_{4})_{2} SO_{4}\rightarrow 2NH^{+}_{4}+SO^{2-}_{4}

NH^{+}_{4}+H_{2}O\rightarrow NH_{4}OH+H^{+}

Ammonium sulphate

This answer is correct

Option 2)

This answer is incorrect

Option 3)
