As we learnt in

Bronsted - Lowry Acids and Bases -

According to bronsted lowry theory, acid is a substance that is capable of donating a hydrogen ion H+ and bases are substance that are capable of accepting H+ ion.

- wherein

NH_{3}+H_{2}O\rightleftharpoons NH_{4}^{+}+\bar{O}H

NH_{4}^{+}\rightarrow add\:proton

\bar{O}H\rightarrow lose \:proton

 The substance which can donate as well as accept H^{+} ion can acts as bronsted acid as well as bronsted base

Example HSO-
HSO^{-}_{4}+H^{+}\rightarrow H_{2}SO_{4}

HSO_{4}^{-}\rightarrow H^{+}+SO_{4}^{2-}

Option 1)

(HSO4)-1

This option is correct

Option 2)

Na2CO3

This option is incorrect

Option 3)

NH3

This option is incorrect

Option 4)
