As we learned

Exhaustive events -

A set of events is said to be exhaustive if one them must neccessarily happen every time the experiment performed.

Let

S= \left \{ 1,2,3,4,5,6 \right \} then A = \left \{ 1,2 \right \}, B= \left \{ 3,4,5,6 \right \} \ therefore A\cup B= \left \{ 1,2,3,4,5,6 \right \}= S

- wherein

where

A_{1}\cup A_{2}\cup A_{3}-\cup A_{n}= S

 Since numbered cards are \left \{ A,2,\cdots \cdots \cdots \cdots \cdots ,10 \right \}

and face cards are \left \{ J,Q,K \right \}

These three are exhaustive events.
