As we learnt, 

On increasing the value of Van't Hoff's factor, the number of particles will increase.

Now, as the number of particles increase, value of all the colligative properties will increase.

But the depression in freezing point and relative lowering of vapour pressure takes place due to addition of non volatile solute in volatile solvent,

So, the freezing point and vapour pressure will decrease while the boiling point and osmotic pressure will increase.

Hence, the correct answer is Option (2)
