\mathrm{CH_3COONa+H_2O \rightleftharpoons CH_3COOH+NaOH}

       0.1                        -                 0                              0

     0.1-x                       -                 x                              x

\mathrm{K_h=\frac{ K_{w}}{K_{a}}=\frac{10^{-14}}{10^{-5}}=10^{-9}}

\therefore \mathrm{10^{-9}=\frac{x \cdot x}{0.1-x}}

Now, x << 0.1

\therefore \mathrm{10^{-9}=\frac{x \cdot x}{0.1}}

\therefore \mathrm{x=10^{-5}= [OH^-]}

Thus, pOH = 5 \Rightarrow pH = 9

Hence, the correct answer is Option (4)
