As we have learned

Solution of system of homogeneous linear equations -

\left ( 0,0,0 \right ) is a solution of the system of equations and is known as trival solutions

System of equation have a non-trivial solution if  \Delta = 0

            \therefore      \Delta   = p0t3 + p1t2 + p2t + p3, p0, p1, p2, p3 \epsilon R. Hence \Delta is cubic polynomial in t.

            Hence number of values of t is 3.
