As learnt in

Structure of Xenon hexafluoride -

Distorted octahedral and hybridisation is Sp3d3

- wherein

Xe2F2 has spd2 hybridisation and total number of valance electrons of Xe=8, two electrons are shared with 21 atoms and 6 are left in 3 lone pairs.

Similarly, Xe2Fhas spdhybridisation, 4 electrons or shared in bonds and 4 are left in 2 lone pairs and X2Fand spdhybridisation, 6 electrons are shared in bonds and 2 are lone pair.

Xe has 8 valence electrons

XeF6 : 6 bond pairs,    1 lone pair

XeF4 : 4 bond pairs,    2 lone pairs

XeF2 : 2 bond pairs,    3 lone pairs
