\mathrm{_{22}^{48}\textrm{X}^{3-}} , Mass number = 48 (Prontons+neutrons)

               Atomic number = 22 (Protons)

              Total number of electron = 22+3

                                                     = 25

Now, neutrons = 48-22=26

So, 1 neutron is more in number than electrons.

So,

\mathrm{a% = \frac{1}{25}\times 100=4}

Answer = 4
