Last term of an A.P. with n terms is

l= a+(n-1)d

In this Question,

 T_{10}=a+(10-1)d

=2a-b+9*((4a-3b)-(2a-b))

=2a-b+9*(2a-2b)

=2a-b+18a-18b

=20a-19b
