Given,

\mathrm r_{1}=k[\mathrm{A}]^{n}
r_{2}=2 r_{1}=k[4 \mathrm{A}]^{n}
on dividing both 

\frac{2 r_{1}}{r_{1}} =\frac{k[4 A]^{n}}{k[A]^{n}}

\\ \Rightarrow 2=4^n \\ \Rightarrow(2)^{1}=(2)^{2 n} \\ \Rightarrow 2 n=1 \\ \Rightarrow n=\frac{1}{2} \\\\ \text {Order of reaction }=\frac{1}{2} \\\\ \Rightarrow \text{ Rate }= k[A]^{\frac{1}{2}}

Therefore, option(1) is correct
