For ABC

\Delta Q_{ABC} = \Delta W_{ABC} + \Delta U_{ABC}

60 J = 30 J + \Delta U_{ABC}

\Rightarrow \Delta U_{ABC} = 30 J

\Delta U_{ADC} = \Delta U_{ABC} = 30 J

For ADC

\Delta Q_{ADC} = \Delta U_{ABC} +\Delta W_{ADC}

= 30 + 10 = 40 J
