As we have learned 

Common Potential -

V=\frac{Total\: charge}{Total\: capacity}=\frac{Q_{1}+Q_{2}}{C_{1}+C_{2}}

V=\frac{C_{1}V_{1}+C_{2}V_{2}}{C_{1}+C_{2}}

    By using V= \frac{C_1V_1+C_2V_2}{C_1V_2} C1 = 20 mF, V1 = 500 V, C2 = 10 mF and V2 = 200 V

V= \frac{20*500+10*200}{20+10}= 400V
