v= w\sqrt{A^{2}-x^{2}}
 

- wherein

\rightarrow  x is displacement from mean position

\rightarrow  A is Amplitude.

 

 V_{max}=aw =100cms^{-1} ,\:a=10cm, \: \omega =10\:rads{-1}

\therefore v=\omega \sqrt{a^2-y^2} =50 =10\sqrt{10^2-y^2}, y=5\sqrt{3}
