in general flux is flowing of one quantity per unit area. here electric flux is magnetic field per unit area so electric flux is 

\frac{1}{10} 

= 0.1B/msquare

sorry ,the answer posted previous is wrong and  the correct answer is here 

magnetic flux = B.A

                   = 1*10

                    = 10Bm^2

it is a magnetic flux not electric flux
