v= w\sqrt{A^{2}-x^{2}}

\rightarrow  x is displacement from mean position

\rightarrow  A is Amplitude.

 

 we know that 

 

v= 4w

w=\frac{2\pi }{T} =2\pi t

2\pi \times 100

V=0.5\times 10^{-2}\times 2\pi \times 100 

V=3.14m/s
