As we learnt in

Molality -

Molality = \frac{Moles \: of \: solute}{Mass \, \: o\! f\: solution(Kg)}

-

Mole Fraction -

\dpi{100} Mole\: Fraction= \frac{Moles\: o\! f\: solute}{Moles\: o\! f solute+Moles\: o\! f solvent}

-

 Let the Mass of water is 1 Kg so moles of CH3OH is 5.2

\chi_{solute}=\frac{5.2}{5.2+\frac{1000}{18}}=0.086

Correct option is 3.
