As we learned

The frequency in closed organ pipe -

\nu = \left ( 2n+1 \right )\frac{V}{4l}

n= 0,1,2,3...............

- wherein

V= velocity of sound wave

l= length of pipe

n= number of overtones

The frequency in open organ pipe -

\nu = n\cdot \frac{V}{2l}

n= 1,2,3.......

- wherein

V= velocity of sound wave

l= length of pipe

n= number of overtones

 for open pipe:

f_{n}=n\left ( \frac{V}{2e} \right )

f_{1}=n\left ( \frac{V}{2e} \right )

closed pipe, f_{1}=\frac{V}{4{e}'}

=\frac{V}{4\cdot (\frac{e}{2})}=\frac{V}{2e}=f

Option 1)

\frac{f}{2}

Option 2)

\frac{3f}{4}

Option 3)

2f

Option 4)

f
