Let the first term of an A.P. = a

And common difference = d

Given: 9th term of an A.P. is 0. Therefore,

a +(9-1)d\Rightarrow a+8d\Rightarrow 0

Thus T_{19}=a +(19-1)d\Rightarrow a+18d\Rightarrow 0+10d\Rightarrow 10d

and T_{29}=a +(29-1)d\Rightarrow a+28d\Rightarrow 0+20d\Rightarrow 20d

So T_{29}=2T_{19}

So T_{29}/T_{19}=2
