T= 2\pi \sqrt{\frac{l}{g}}
\frac{\Delta T}{T}= \frac{1}{2}\frac{\Delta L}{L}
\Delta T= \frac{1}{2}\times10^{-3}\times T
\Delta T= \frac{1}{2}\times86400\times10^{-3}
         = 43200\times10^{-3}
\Rightarrow \Delta T= 43\cdot 2s
The correct option is (1)
