Colors in order of increasing wavelength :

Violet< Indigo< Blue< Green< Yellow< Orange< Red

As we know, CFSE\propto \frac{1}{\lambda (wavelength)}

also, CFSE\propto Fields\: strength\: of\: ligands

So, increasing order of ligands strength of the four ligands is :

L_3<L_1<L_2
