As we have learned

Mullikan - Barker test -

Ethanolic solution of nitrobenzene is treated with Zinc dust and \mathrm{NH_4Cl} solution. The mixture is heated and filtered in a test tube containing Tollen's reagent. A grey or black pricipitate ( Ag mirror ) is formed.

In the test \mathrm{- NO_2}  is reduced to \mathrm{-NHOH} group. Hyroxlyamine group then reduces the fehlings reagent and gets oxidiised to nitroso compound

\mathrm{Ph NO_2 + 4H \overset{Zn + NH_4Cl }{\longrightarrow}Ph NHOH + H_2O}

\mathrm{Ph NHOH + 2[Ag(NH_3)_2]OH\rightarrow Ph N=O + 2H_2O + 4NH_3+2Ag}

Therefore, Option (1) is correct.
