When length is 0.95m.

v_{1}=\frac{v}{2*0.95}=\frac{v}{1.9}

v_{2}=\frac{v}{2*1}=\frac{v}{2}

\therefore v_{1}-v=5\: \: and \: \: v-v_{2}=5

\therefore v_{1}-v_{2}=10\: \: \therefore \: \: \frac{v}{1.9}-\frac{v}{2}=10

\therefore\frac{0.1v}{3.8}=10\: \: or\: \: v=380m/s

\therefore v_{1}=250Hz,v_{2}=190Hz\: \: \: \: \therefore v=195Hz
