Each Phosphorus is sp3 hybridised.

So, all 3s and 3p means all 4 orbitals are hybridised of P.

Only d orbitals of P and p orbitals of O are left.

Hence P=O bond cannot form with p\pi\ - p\pi bond.

Therefore all four \pi bonds (or P=O ) in P4O10 are p\pi-d\pi bonds.

Hence, the correct answer is Option (4)
