As we have learnt,

Aqueous Copper Sulphate is blue in color. When excess ammonium hydroxide is added to it, the intensity of the color increases and a deep blue colored solution is obtained due to the formation of the tetra amine copper (II) complex.

\mathrm{4\ NH _{4} OH + \underset{Blue}{CuSO _{4} (aq.)} \rightarrow \underset{Deep\ Blue}{\left[ Cu \left( NH _{3}\right)_{4}\right] SO _{4}}+4 H _{2} O}

Hence, the correct answer is Option (3)
