Inverse of resistivity is called conductivity. \kappa = \frac{1}{\rho } 

- wherein

SI unit of Conductivity = Sm^{-1}

 

Transport number of Cl^{-}=0.505

but t_{cl^{-}}+t_{k^{+}}=1

t_{k^{+}}=1-0.505=0.495
