As we have learned

Unit / Identity Matrix -

A diagonal matrix of order n which has unity for all its elements

- wherein

 For identity matrix a_{ij}= 0 \forall i\neq j \; \; and\; \; a_{ij}= 1

And for diagonal matrix  a_{ij}= 0 \forall i\neq j

Thus a_{13}= b_23=0

Option 1)

a_{11}= b_{12}

Option 2)

a_{13}= b_{23}

Option 3)

a_{22}= b_{22}

Option 4)

a_{12}= b_{22}
