The dimension of resistivity can be calculated through this formulae:

R=\frac{\rho l}{A}

\rho = \frac{RA}{l}

P = I^{2}R \Rightarrow R=\frac{P}{I^{2}} \ where \ P \ is\ Power

\Rightarrow [R]=\frac{[ML^{2}T^{-3}]}{[I^{2}]} = [ML^{2}T^{-3}I^{-2}]

\Rightarrow [\rho]= \frac{[ML^{2}T^{-3}I^{-2}][L^{2}]}{[L]}=[ML^{3}T^{-3}I^{-2}]
