If K filled between the plates -

{C}'=K\frac{\epsilon _{0}A}{d}={C}'=Ck

C\propto\frac{1}{d}

 

 Since aluminum is a metal, therefore field inside this will be zero. Hence it would not affect the field in between the two plates, so capacity q/v= q/Ed  remains unchanged
