Charge on any body will be some integral multiple of e.

 To calculate charge, we will apply formula Q = ne for this, we must have number of electrons. Here, number of electrons n=.01\; ^{0}/_{0}\; \; of \; 5\times 10^{21}

i.e   n=\frac{5\times 10^{21}\times .01}{100}=5\times 10^{21}\times10^{-4}=5\times 10^{17}

So   Q=5\times 10^{17}\times 1.6\times 10^{-19}=8\times 10^{-2}=0.08\; C

Since electrons have been removed, charge will be positive i.e Q = + 0.08 C
