Equation of plane bisecting the angle between the planes 

ax+by+cz+d= 0

a_{1}x+b_{1}y+c_{1}z+d_{1}= 0 is 

\frac{ax+by+cz+d}{\sqrt{a^{2}+b^{2}+c^{2}}}= \pm \frac{a_{1}x+b_{1}y+c_{1}z+d_{1}}{\sqrt{a^{2}_{1}+b_{1}^{2}+c_{1}^{2}}}

 Equation of planes will be 

\frac{2x-y+2z-1}{3}=\pm\frac{x+2y-2z+1}{3}

x-3y+4z-2=0 and 3x+y=0
