K=\frac{E}{{E}'}

 

- wherein

K is also known as relative permetivity \left (\varepsilon _{r} \right ).

 

 C= \frac{\varepsilon _0A}{d}= 1pF..and .. C=\frac{K\varepsilon _0A}{2d}= 2pF\therefore K=4
