Applying this formula

\\\frac{x_2-2}{3}=\frac{y_2-3}{-4}=-\frac{(3(2)-4(3)-19)}{3^2+4^2}\\\\ \frac{x_2-2}{3}=\frac{y_2-3}{-4}=1\\\\ \frac{x_2-2}{3}=1\,\,\,\,and\,\,\,\frac{y_2-3}{-4}=1 \\\\ x_2=5\,\,\,and\,\,\,y_2=-1
