We know, Chlorine has the maximum negative value of electron gain enthpy.

The electron gain enthalpy data for the elements are given below :

\mathrm{F \Rightarrow \Delta_{eg}H = -328 \mathrm{~kJ} / \mathrm{mol}}

\mathrm{Cl \Rightarrow \Delta_{\text {eg }} H=-349 \mathrm{~kJ} / \mathrm{mol} }

\mathrm{Te \Rightarrow \Delta _{eg}H =-190 \mathrm{~kJ} / \mathrm{mol} }

\mathrm{ Po \Rightarrow \Delta_{eg}H =-174 \mathrm{~kJ} /\mathrm{mol} }

Hence, the correct answer is Option (4)
