The above can be written as the addition of following two reactions

CH_{3}COOH\rightleftharpoons H^{+}+CH_{3}COO^{-}

HCN\rightleftharpoons H^{+}+CN^{-}

\\\frac{[CH_{3}COO^{-}][HCN]}{[CN^{-}][CH_{3}COOH]}\\ =\frac{[CH_{3}COO^{-}][H^{+}]}{[CH_{3}COOH]}\times \frac{[HCN]}{[CN^{-}][H^{+}]}\\ =1.5\times 10^{-5}\times \frac{1}{4.5\times 10^{-10}}\\ =3.33\times 10^{4}
