We know,

\mathrm{\Delta T_b=K_b m \text { and } \Delta T_f=K_f m}

Now,

\mathrm{\Delta T_{b}=3=K_{b}m=K_{b}\times1}

     \mathrm{K_{b}=3}

And

\mathrm{\Delta T_{f}=6=K_{f}\times2}

     \mathrm{K_{f}=3}

So, the ratio of \mathrm{K_{b}} and \mathrm{K_{f}}

\mathrm{\frac{k_b}{k_f}=\frac{3}{3} \Rightarrow \frac{1}{x}=\frac{1}{1}}

So, \mathrm{x=1}

Answer = 1
