Equation of hyperbola can be written as 

\frac{x^2}{9}- \frac{y^2}{16}= 1

Equation of the required chord is

\\\mathrm T=S_1\\\\\Rightarrow\frac{5x}{9}-\frac{2y}{16}-1=\frac{25}{9}-\frac{4}{16}-1\\\\\Rightarrow 80x-18y=364\\\Rightarrow 40x - 9y = 182
