\begin{aligned} \Lambda_{\mathrm{eq}\left(\mathrm{BaCl}_{2}\right)}^{\circ} &=\lambda_{\mathrm{eq}\left(\mathrm{Ba}^{2+}\right)}^{\circ}+\lambda_{\mathrm{eq}(\mathrm{Cl}^-)}^{\circ} \\ &=63.5+76=139.5 \mathrm{\: S} \mathrm{\: cm}^{2} \mathrm{\: eq}^{-1} \end{aligned}


Therefore, option(4) is correct
