Mass of earth -

 

M=\frac{gR^{2}}{G} \simeq \; 10^{25}kg

M\rightarrow mass of earth

G\rightarrow Gravitational constant

Use     g=\frac{GM}{R^{2}}

 

 As g=\frac{GM}{R^2}\Rightarrow M=\frac{gR^2}{G}

M=\frac{9.8*(6.4*10^6)^2}{6.67 \times 10^{-11}}= 5.98*10^{24}kg\approx 10^{25}kg
