Let the concentration of Glucose be  \text{C M}

\mathrm{\pi=C R T}

\mathrm{\Rightarrow 7.47=C(0.083)(300)}

\mathrm{\Rightarrow C=0.3\, \mathrm{M}}

\therefore  The concentration of Glucose in  \mathrm{g L^{-1}\; is\; 54 }
